We had a family room with 3 beds. The room and bathroom were spotless. 10/10 credit is to be given to your cleaners! They do a fabulous job and I hope they are appreciated for their hard work. The beds were comfy. The location is close to town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The exhaust fan in our bathroom broke, staff didn't hesitate to repair it, immediately tended to the matter and fixed it themselves. We checked out a day earlier than our booking. I requested the possibility of a refund, and although they couldn't refund the full amount for one night due to policy, they issued me a partial refund which I was grateful for. I do recommend this accommodation.

Contact with hotel was prompt and concise. Check in easy. Hospital is right next for anyone who needs to get to wagga base. Drive to baylis main street is very close. Room was comfortable. We were on ground level right at the front and it was very quiet in our room. Small fridge at reception with RTDs and wine so that was nice. Parking and rear lane exit. Walking distance to an excellent coffee shop, Larry's, oh! Was to die for, the breakfast and coffee we had, Colombian roast!

The room also had various pillow options for different comfort, we traveled with our 7month old and there was plenty of room even with the cot set up We didn't use it but there was a microwave available too. Had all of the soaps and lotions you need plus tea and coffee
